Holywell Tea Chalet
One the western side of Eastbourne is Holywell Tea Chalet, which can be reached by a short 20 – 25 minute walk along the promenade from the pier. Holywell Tea Chalet serves a range of lunches, cakes, pastries, ice creams and hot and cold drinks.

Victorian Tea Rooms

Cadence Café
Cadence has opened a new hub in Eastbourne in the summer of 2021, located just in front of the Congress Theatre and Eastbourne Visitor Centre to the west of the town. From the hub you can pick up a range of hot drinks as well as grilled sourdough sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls and cakes, brownies and flapjacks.
